LORA & RYAN CUFFED
Lora and Ryan are burgling a home when Detective Scarlett apprehends them. After a fight, the two criminals are cuffed and brought to the station where they are booked.
They manage to free themselves and try to overtake the officer, but are pepper sprayed and cuffed and shackled.
