DETECTIVE KELLY - CONSTRICTOR

In this custom video, Cruella has a plan to defeat Detective Kelly. She sprays Kelly's favorite dress with a constriction agent that will tighten around her as she works up a sweat.

Cruella tracks Kelly to her house and starts a fight, and when the agent starts to work, Cruella takes her revenge on her.
