LEAVING THE SCENE

Daphne calls 911 to report a car accident after fleeing the scene. She is turning herself in! The police show up to take her into custody and are very rough with her! They handcuff her hands in front of her body and grab her tight underneath her arms. Daphne protests against their rough handling of her arms and is humiliated as they parade her around!!
